Return Policy

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to send the product back.

Returned products must be:

  • in their original condition
  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • returned with all accessories and original packaging

Personalized or engraved products are not eligible for return, except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

To make a return, please contact us at contact@altiplano-paris.com and provide:

  • your name and delivery address
  • your order number and purchase date
  • the reason for the return

We will then provide you with the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a defective product, non-compliant product, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are fully covered by Altiplano Paris.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will issue a refund using the payment method used for the order.

The refund includes:

  • the price of the returned product or products
  • as well as the original delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method

Additional costs related to an express delivery method are not refunded.

The refund is made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us as soon as possible and include supporting photos.

In accordance with applicable law, we will offer you:

  • a replacement product
  • or a refund if replacement is not possible

Handcrafted Nature of the Products

Altiplano jewelry is handmade.

Slight variations in appearance, texture, finish, or markings may occur and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

These variations do not constitute a defect, provided they remain reasonable and do not affect the use of the product.

Conditions for Refusing a Return

A return may be refused if the product:

  • has been worn
  • is damaged
  • is not returned in its original condition
  • or is not shipped within 14 days following notification of withdrawal
