Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Once the decision to withdraw has been notified, the Customer has 14 days to ship the returned product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
However, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller in the event of a defective product or a product that does not conform to the order.
Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund:
- the price of the returned product or products
- as well as the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
Additional costs related to an express delivery method are not refunded.
Defective or Non-Compliant Products
If a defective or non-compliant product is received, the Customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence, including photos where applicable.
In this case, the Seller will offer, in accordance with legal obligations:
- a replacement product
- or a refund if replacement is not possible
Return shipping costs will be fully covered by the Seller.
Handcrafted Nature of the Products
The products offered are handmade.
As such, slight variations in appearance, texture, finish, or markings may be present and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
These variations cannot be considered defects of conformity, provided that they do not affect the use of the product and remain consistent with the expected quality standards.
